REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • Refunds will be given upon request if the event is rescheduled or cancelled by the organization, the events place, or the local government.

  • Payments without request for rescheduled events are assumed to be opting-in to the new schedule. Refunds are still applicable up until one (1) month before the new schedule date.


  • Refund will be given automatically to the registered biller in our payment gateways only if the event is cancelled by the organization, the events place, or the local government and the biller has not requested for a refund within two (2) months after the cancellation.

  • Refunds will also be given upon request of the biller but only if the request is made before one (1) month at the date of the event.

  • Refunding will result to all tickets bought on a single invoice/receipt to be forfeited. Furry Brigade is not responsible to notify other ticket holder on the forfeiture of their ticket.

  • No refunds will be given to the billers one (1) month before the date of the event or during the event, unless the organization deems that the event would not proceed during these periods.

  • No refunds will be given to the billers that had a ticket revoked during the event by the organization, the events place, and/or the local government due to an evictable action (ie. disruption of the event, bringing illicit materials/substances, etc).

  • Refunds will be deducted with the payment gateway’s fee incurred during and after the return of the payment.
