PHILIFUR TERMS OF SERVICE
VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY
GENERAL
If an attendee/staff/ or volunteer comes to us and informs us that an individual has taken a photo of them without asking for their consent first, we have the right to have the photo deleted. We will give the individual a warning but if they proceed to take pictures without the person's consent we reserve the right to escort them out of the premises.Â
Some areas (such as the bathroom, fursuit lounge and staff lounge) prohibit photo and video taking as these areas are counted as private spaces. Violating this will have you escorted out and give you an immediate ban from the event.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
Event-wide pictures and videos (with the intent of showing only the event) are allowed
If attendees wish to take photos with or of individuals in the event, it is required to ask for their consent before taking their photo.
If attendees wish to live-stream the event they are required to have a media pass.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS OR GROUPS
Any media group or organization that wishes to document, photograph or film the con they will need a media pass to do so. If you wish to have a media pass, please fill in the form at least 1-2 weeks before the event: https://www.philifur.com/mediaÂ
As there could be unexpected events that we might not be able to currently address, these terms of services could change from time to time to accommodate better options for you and our organization.
